Brilliant Permanent Home Care leadership opportunity to grow your career working alongside the Executive Team across a portfolio of Home Care Services, including Residential Aged Care and Independent Living Units.

About the role:
  • Competitive salary range with potential upto $140K
  • Excellent leadership role, with limited travel as the portfolio remains within the providers central coast site
  • Flexible working arrangement across Monday - Friday and option to take on a Part-Time arrangement for the best suited candidate
  • Excellent support network with an Executive team onsite and overseeing Registered Nurses and Care Service Employees
About you:
  • You are passionate and experienced in Support at Home services
  • You have demonstrated team leadership across Community Care or Residential Aged Care
  • Understanding of legislative changes and Accreditation, assessment, audit and compliance requirements.
