Redstone have partnered with a local community provider to sourse an experienced and motivated Community Manager to join their close knit team. In this role, you will lead a team of staff whilst maintaining quality standards and working towards expansion.

- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance within the organization
- Provide strong leadership and management to a team of care staff, focusing on HR matters
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure comprehensive service provision
- Conduct internal audits, identifying areas of improvements
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in the Community Aged Care industry in a management position
- Current AHPRA - DIV 1 - No restrictions
- Strong management skills required
- Accreditation experience required
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the community
- In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Sector, including Home Care Package guidelines and service requirements
