The Director of Nursing role:

• Work with an experienced and dedicated Care Manager who will provide you with the assistance to fully succeed in this position 
• Permanent Monday to Friday full-time position 
• Flexibility in start and finish times

Essential:

• Current AHPRA Registration - Registered Nurse 
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an aged care facility 
• Ability to lead a clinical team, operations, and day-to-day running of the home 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience with managing Budgets, Quality Standards, and Occupancy in Aged Care
