Director of Nursing

Location: North West Victoria (Multi-Campus)
Hours: Permanent Fulltime - Fixed Monday–Friday
Salary: $173k Package & $15,900 Salary Packaging
Start date: ASAP

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing to provide clinical and operational leadership to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across two rural healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Nurse Unit Managers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent clinical and operational outcomes
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care across acute, residential aged care and community services
• Champion clinical governance, quality improvement and accreditation activities
• Monitor clinical performance, risk management and incident response
• Drive workforce engagement, performance management and staff development
• Build strong relationships with staff, consumers, families and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated senior leadership and operational management experience within a healthcare setting (NUM or higher)
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement and accreditation standards
• Ability to lead and inspire teams
• Post graduate qualification

Desirable:

• Experience working within rural health services
• Experience in residential aged care
