The Role:
- Leadership & Management: Inspire, lead, and mentor a team of dedicated Support Workers, managing rosters, performance, and team development.
- Service Excellence: Oversee participant budgets, ensure accurate documentation, manage care plans, and uphold compliance with policies and NDIS standards.
- Community Engagement & Growth: Promote NDIS services, generate new leads, and build strong, lasting relationships with participants, families, and community stakeholders.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement: Drive service enhancements by evaluating delivery outcomes, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role with a strong understanding of NDIS services and compliance requirements.
- Diploma or relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or Social Sciences.
- Current & valid Australian driver’s license.
- Up-to-date NDIS Worker Screening and National Police Check.
