Redstone have partnered with a NFP organisation and are looking for an Executive Manager - Aged Care to oversee the operational and strategic direction for a small portfolio of homes in Adelaide. You will be integral in the running of the homes along with supporting the strong teams at each facility.

Approx. $200K + Super + Packaging + Car
Oversee a small portfolio of homes

To be successful you must have:

Registered Nurse qualifications (APHPRA registration)
Extensive Residential Aged Care management experience (preferably across multi-site or large homes)
Experience managing staff preferably across multiple sites
Ability to train, educate and motivate staff
Experience across financial management & budgets
Experience across Accreditations, Aged Care & legislation & OHS
High level communication skills
Fantastic Leadership skills
A clear road map & understanding of the future of Aged Care.
