Experienced Aged Care Manager (Registered Nurse) required to lead the operations of this lovely aged care home based just outside of Hobart.
Representing this values-driven not-for-profit health & aged care organisation, you will be required to spearhead the direction & culture of this home. This opportunity is paying an excellent salary package coupled with additional benefits including salary packaging
About the role:
- Medium sized NFP aged care facility
- Running well with no issues
- Supported by a strong clinical team, working in a supportive work environment
- Reporting to the Executive Manager Residential Aged Care
- Ideally looking for an experienced FM but open to a strong CM with extensive experience stepping up
- Initial accommodation can be provided on a case by case basis for relocators
- Up to $135k + super + salary packaging
- 2-3 years demonstrated FM experience in the aged care sector.
- Valid AHPRA Registration (DIV 1).
- Extensive clinical and operational knowledge.
- Highly developed leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Accreditation Standards and AN-ACC documentation requirements
- Excellent Business Acumen skills
- Strong experience working with operational budgets and financial management
