About you:
- Current AHPRA registration with experience as a Registered Nurse within Aged Care in Australia
- Proven experience in a Facility Manager/Residential Manager role within Aged Care
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards with experience leading a facility through accreditation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
