Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the team, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and service excellence.
- Manage all facets of facility operations, including staffing, budgets, maintenance, and admissions, with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, driving outstanding resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong, positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and key stakeholders.
- Support and inspire staff through development initiatives, training, and professional growth opportunities.
- Oversee and enhance quality assurance processes, identifying opportunities to elevate care delivery and operational excellence.
- Upto $155k base

- AHRPA DIV 1 Essential
- Minimum 4 years prior management experience in aged care
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the aged care sector.
- Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to resident-centred care and continuous quality improvement.
