Facility Manager - Aged Care 

Exciting opportunity to start the new year with a highly regarded aged care provider in Queensland. 

In the role you will have the opportunity to take on a state of the art facility that holds a strong and stable workforce as well as full accreditation. If you are looking for a new role where you can feel values and supported as a manager, this would be a perfect move for you!    

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the team, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and service excellence.
  • Manage all facets of facility operations, including staffing, budgets, maintenance, and admissions, with precision and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, driving outstanding resident outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong, positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and key stakeholders.
  • Support and inspire staff through development initiatives, training, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Oversee and enhance quality assurance processes, identifying opportunities to elevate care delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • AHRPA DIV 1 Essential
  • Minimum 4 years prior management experience in aged care 
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the aged care sector.
  • Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to resident-centred care and continuous quality improvement.
