Facility Manager (Aged Care) - Wollongong

Redstone Recruitment are actively seeking a Facility Manager to join a well-established aged care facility located in Wollongong. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to be part of a reputable organisation with a reputation for supporting and developing staff members.

The role of the Facility Manager will be to manage all residents care and well-being within the aged care home and oversee all staff members. The provider is looking for a dedicated manager who leads by example and works well within a clinical team of Care Managers, Registered Nurses and Care Staff.

Requirements: 

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
• Skilled in leading, motivating, and developing teams to achieve excellence.
• Experienced in managing financial performance and achieving business objectives.
• Extensive experience in overseeing and guiding a team of skilled professionals.
• Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and patience in all aspects of care and leadership.
