At Redstone, we are currently seeking a strong aged care manager to manage the daily operations of this lovely aged care facility based near Shepparton!
This role ensures the delivery of professional care and support services, aligned with the organisation’s values, policies, and procedures.
About the role:
As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the home within budget, staffing, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and meeting all reporting requirements.
You will be supported by a diligent on-site clinical team and a supportive executive management team at Head Office. You will report to a very supportive Regional Manager.
- Ideally looking for FM experience but open to a strong CM stepping up
- Home is running well with no major issues
- Reporting to Regional Manager and supported my a strong, committed team

- Demonstrated experience working as a Facility Manager / DON or extensive Care Manager experience
- Strong business acumen
- Outstanding people & culture management skills
- Experience in rostering and other HR duties
- Proven experience with accreditation standards within aged care
- Ability to run a high functioning team
