Seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the operations of this lovely, aged care home in the Western Downs region. This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced aged care leader looking for a a role they can see themselves in long term.
About the role
As the Facility Manager of this home you will lead a team of staff and manage resources efficiently to ensure the highest quality of life for the residents. You will be responsible for providing individualised and holistic care.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency across the clinical, financial, occupancy, marketing and AN-ACC functions.

- Structure - FM, CM, CN, RN's, PCA's and fantastic life style team
- Report to an Area Manager who is extremely experienced
- Head Office Support: Quality, Learning and Development, Catering and Hospitality
- Full time, Monday - Friday role
- $135-145K + Super + Salary Packaging + relocation assistance

- Minimum 3 years demonstrated FM experience in the aged care sector.
- AHPRA Registration as an RN DIV 1 is desirable but not essential
- Excellent Business Acumen skills
- Extensive clinical and operational knowledge
- Highly developed leadership, communication, and change management skills
- Strong knowledge of operational budgets, AN-ACC and financial management
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
