Outstanding Facility Manager (Registered Nurse) opportunity available for an enthusiastic aged care leader to oversee this lovely, medium-sized aged care residence based in Brisbane's South. Representing this dynamic health & aged care organisation, you will enjoy support from external funding, quality & operations teams as well as a skilled clinical care team onsite.
This is a permanent full-time Monday to Friday opportunity with a degree of flexibility in start & finish times. On offer is a wonderful salary package, up to $160,000 base + super & benefits. We are interested in speaking with an Aged Care Leader looking to spearhead a new era in this lovely aged care residence.

THE ORGANISATION:

THE ROLE:
You will lead the multi-disciplinary team to ensure their loyal residents are receiving an exceptional standard of clinical care. Your leadership will also ensure excellent operational performance in line with the new Aged Care Standards & Organisational Objectives.
The Requirements:
- Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered
- At least 2 years aged care management experience
- Proven operational leadership skills & experience
- Valid Police Clearance
- Valid Drivers License
