Main Duties:

• Lead all operational, financial and clinical performance of the residence.
• Build a positive culture focused on high-quality resident care.
• Drive compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, workforce planning and business performance.
• Mentor and develop leaders across clinical and operational teams.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families and the wider community.

Essentials:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Ideally 3-5 years' experience leading a residential aged care service.
• Strong understanding of aged care accreditation, funding and compliance.
• Proven operational, financial and people leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current driver's licence and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
