An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Facility Manager to join a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider in Regional Victoria.
This role is ideal for a compassionate and experienced leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing a strong clinical team.
Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will provide leadership across clinical and operational services, supporting best-practice care, workforce development, compliance, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care that aligns with Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance frameworks, and legislative requirements.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who values teamwork, relationship-building, and creating positive outcomes for residents, families, and staff

- Previous leadership experience within residential aged care
- Strong understanding of aged care compliance and clinical governance
- Experience managing accreditation, audits, and continuous improvement

- Infection Prevention and Control qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
