As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, providing support and direction to all staff, and ensuring a high level of care is maintained for all residents. Your role will involve managing and leading the team, maintaining a collaborative company culture, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

- Clinical or Facility Management in Aged Care

- Ability to lead & manage the clinical care of a regional facility
- Long-term commitment to the role
