Facility Manager (Clinical) | Aged Care | Upper Hunter

This role would suit an experienced operator in Residential Management who is seeking their next challenge and wants to advance their career at a small-sized residential aged care facility. 

Responsibilities:

As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the facility's day-to-day operations, providing support and direction to all staff, and ensuring a high level of care is maintained for all residents. Your role will involve managing and leading the clinical team, maintaining a collaborative company culture, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills as a Facility Manager or similar management role 
  • Candidates who are looking to take the step from Clinical Manager to Facility Manager are welcome to apply
  • Proven ability to oversee operations & performance of the home
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA Registration
