General Manager - Community Aged Care

General Manager position overseeing the Community Care / Home Care for an aged care provider. Reporting to the executive manager, this is an opportunity to spearhead all aspects of community care for the group. 

Key details:
  • Excellent salary within this progressive organisation.

  • Working within the Executive Team at an established provider

Requirements:
  • Experience leading community care
  • Experience working within funding and budgetary confines
  • Experience managing, developing, and mentoring staff
  • High personal and professional ethical standards
  • Solid business acumen and professionalism
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with a range of stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or management discipline
  • Registered Nurse / Allied Health background (Desirable)
  • Significant experience managing change
