Seeking a strong General Manager who has extensive experience working within Home Care packages to join a growing organisation in Melbourne.
You will play a key role in delivering outstanding care and support to people within the community.

- Excellent salary range up to $170k based on experience
- Reporting to Executive Manager
- Previous management experience within the home care packages
- Leadership skills and a solid understanding of operations are essential
- Strong knowledge of quality management and compliance systems
- Demonstrated expertise in management, building teams and cultivating partner relationships
- Knowledge & a deep technical understanding of Home Care Packages including Commonwealth Care levels, assessment criteria & standards of operation.
- Solid business & commercial acumen.
- Strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
