Salary: Up to $140,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Are you ready to lead and drive excellence in aged care? Join a growing and dynamic home care provider in Sydney as a Home Care Operations Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of Home Care Package (HCP) services across NSW, focusing on service delivery, business growth, and compliance with Aged Care standards.

The Role:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest quality of care and service excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Case Managers and Support Workers.
  • Ensure full compliance with aged care legislation, policies, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Drive business development and growth across Sydney and NSW.

About You:
  • Proven experience in Home Care Operations Management within the Aged Care sector
  • Strong working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • A passion for delivering quality care and making a positive impact in aged care.
  • A current, valid Australian driver’s license and flexibility to travel as required.
