This role requires frequent travel to multiple facilities across Sydney.

- Salary: $85k + Super + NFP Salary Packaging!
- 6 month contract with the view to go permanent
- Work alongside an experienced leadership team

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement lifestyle activity programs that cater to residents' physical, social, emotional, creative, and spiritual needs.
- Lead a team of Lifestyle Coordinators & assist with volunteer programmes to ensure delivery of high-quality lifestyle programs.
- Organise internal events and day trips that foster community engagement and enhance residents' well-being.
- Provide leadership and education to lifestyle staff across the region
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain quality documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
- You will hold Cert IV in Leisure & Health with extensive experience working within Aged Care in Australia
- You will hold a valid Australian Driver’s License with access to your own vehicle
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for enhancing the quality of life for aged care residents.
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
