Lifestyle Coordinator - Aged Care 

Lifestyle Coordinator position with an aged care organisation in Western Sydney. This is a full-time, permanent Lifestyle Coordinator opportunity. In this busy and rewarding role, you will deliver comprehensive individual lifestyle programs and facilitate the participation of residents in a variety of experiences that improve their quality of life.

The Requirements:

• Have a Certificate IV Lifestyle & Leisure or similar 
• Experience coordinating & evaluating group & individual programs
• An Innovative Approach to Lifestyle. 
• Experience with resident care planning & assessments
