Lifestyle Coordinator | Full-Time | Bayside Melbourne
Are you a passionate Lifestyle Coordinator looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of older Australians living with dementia?

We are partnering with a highly regarded aged care provider to recruit a Lifestyle Coordinator for a well-established dementia-specific residential aged care home located in Melbourne's Bayside region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, supportive team and oversee a thriving lifestyle program that is already performing exceptionally well.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with residents, empowering their team, and creating experiences that promote connection, purpose and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for working with people living with dementia and a commitment to enhancing residents' daily lives.

Essential Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Leisure & Health, Leisure & Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy or equivalent
  • Experience working within residential aged care as a Lifestyle Coordinator
  • Strong understanding of dementia care principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Understanding of aged care quality standards and compliance requirements
  • National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
