Join a well-established, community-focused aged care provider as a Lifestyle Supervisor at a charming 30+-bed residence located in South Coast NSW, approx. 1hr drive from Wollongong.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role where you’ll combine hands-on resident engagement with team supervision and program coordination in a supportive environment.

Working closely with the Facility Manager and supported by 2 Lifestyle Officers providing 7-day lifestyle coverage, you’ll play a key role in enhancing resident wellbeing through meaningful activities, outings, events, and personalised lifestyle programs.

Role Overview:

• Permanent Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8am – 4pm
• 30+-bed aged care residence
• Lead, support and supervise the lifestyle team on-site
• Coordinate individual and group lifestyle programs and special events
• Review and update lifestyle programs to meet resident needs
• Support admissions, resident documentation and activity planning
• Mix of leadership and hands-on resident engagement

About You:

• Cert IV in Leisure & Lifestyle (essential)
• Previous aged care / RAC experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about resident wellbeing and engagement
• Ability to lead and support a small team
• Open to experienced Lifestyle Coordinators stepping into their first leadership role
