Operations Team Lead - Aged Care

Are you a passionate clinical leader with a commitment to quality care and governance? This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing provider.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on operations leader to join a supportive provider to lead postive quality outcomes across a handful of sites. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring a dedicated clinical team.

The Requirements:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with leadership experience in residential aged care
• Quality & Continuous Improvement experience in aged care
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, with prior experience leading a clinical team through accreditation processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Previous experience in a Quality postion overseeing multiple sites is desirable.
