Redstone Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to join our growing casual agency pool, supporting leading Residential Aged Care providers across Hervey Bay, Maryborough and Tin Can Bay.

If you're looking for flexible agency work with excellent pay rates and the freedom to choose your own schedule, we'd love to hear from you.

Whether you're available for one shift a week or more consistent casual hours, we have opportunities to suit your lifestyle.

What's on Offer?

• Competitive hourly rates from $45 per hour + penalties + super
• Flexible AM, PM, Night and weekend shifts
• Weekly pay

• Exposure to a variety of aged care providers
• Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant throughout onboarding, rostering, compliance and payroll

To be considered, you will have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 12 months' recent experience within Residential Aged Care
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to older Australians
• Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
• Two recent senior care or clinical references
• The ability to work confidently across different aged care facilities and adapt to new environments
