Quality and Compliance Manager - Relocate to Northern Rivers, NSW

Opportunity for an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to join a highly regarded NFP Aged Care provider in the Northern Rivers region of NSW on a 12-month contract basis. You will lead the quality and compliance frameworks at a medium-sized residential aged care facility, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and full compliance with aged care standards

Key Details:

Salary: $115k - $125k + Super + NFP Salary Packaging
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Northern Rivers, NSW
Relocation Assistance: Available for any relocators!


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality and compliance across the facility, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Care Manager and care team to ensure highest quality of care is delivered to residents.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, conduct thorough audits, and ensure policies and procedures are fully aligned with aged care standards.
• Optimise AN-ACC funding, oversee SIRS reporting, and monitor quality indicators to ensure the facility meets accreditation requirements and maintains regulatory compliance

About you:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with proven experience in an aged care setting.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, managing quality and compliance within a residential aged care environment.
• Exceptional clinical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Comprehensive knowledge of aged care quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
• A valid Australian Driver's License.
