Opportunity for an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to join a highly regarded NFP Aged Care provider in the Northern Rivers region of NSW on a 12-month contract basis. You will lead the quality and compliance frameworks at a medium-sized residential aged care facility, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and full compliance with aged care standards

Salary: $115k - $125k + Super + NFP Salary Packaging

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality and compliance across the facility, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Care Manager and care team to ensure highest quality of care is delivered to residents.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, conduct thorough audits, and ensure policies and procedures are fully aligned with aged care standards.
- Optimise AN-ACC funding, oversee SIRS reporting, and monitor quality indicators to ensure the facility meets accreditation requirements and maintains regulatory compliance
About you:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with proven experience in an aged care setting.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, managing quality and compliance within a residential aged care environment.
- Exceptional clinical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of aged care quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
- A valid Australian Driver's License.
