Quality & Compliance Lead - Regional TAS 

Opportunity for an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to join a highly regarded NFP Aged Care provider near Hobart. You will lead the quality and compliance frameworks across multiple residential aged care facility, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and full compliance with aged care standards

About the role: 
  • Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) including policy development, audits, and oversight of quality practices.
  • Coordinate and conduct audits, ensuring quality instruments (incidents, feedback, risk registers, etc.) are implemented and reviewed.
  • Support committee structures for maintaining high-quality standards across the organisation.
  • Provide independent oversight, reporting directly to the CEO with transparent advice on quality trends and issues.

Requirements: 
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a quality assurance/compliance role within the aged care sector.
  • Proactive approach to quality improvement and maintaining a culture of excellence. 
  • In-depth knowledge of aged care regulations, including Aged Care Quality Standards, Accreditation Standards, and National Safety & Quality Health Standards.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff.
  • Certification in quality management or healthcare compliance (preferred but not required).
  • Up-to-date with relevant aged care legislation, regulations, and standards.
