Quality Advisor | Aged Care | Geelong Region | Registered Nurse Essential
We are partnering with a highly regarded, award-winning aged care provider to appoint a Quality Advisor supporting multiple well-performing homes across the Geelong region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician or operational leader looking to step into (or further develop within) a dedicated quality role, working closely with high-performing teams in a supportive and progressive environment.

The Opportunity
As a Quality Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting clinical governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across several residential aged care homes.

Working collaboratively with General Managers and care teams, you’ll help drive best practice, strengthen systems, and ensure homes continue to deliver safe, high-quality care.

You’ll be joining a well-resourced and stable portfolio, with strong leadership and a positive culture already in place.

  • Multi-site role across Geelong region
  • Flexible working hours (8:00–4:00 or 9:00–5:00)
  • Work alongside an additional Quality Advisor for shared support

About You
  • Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Experience in clinical leadership, quality, or facility management
  • Open to Care Managers or Facility Managers looking to transition into quality
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and coaching capability
  • Passion for continuous improvement and resident-centred care
