Unique opportunity to join a large NFP aged care facility in a Quality Coordinator position. 

Reporting to the Executive Quality Manager you will: 
  • Identify and reporting quality and risk management issues.
  • Monitor, complete and analyse audits.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to maintain and improve quality across the organisation.
  • Provide support to managers and staff relating to policies, procedures, forms and other quality documents.
This is a coordinator level and can consider non nurses and EN's.

The Requirements:
  • Ability to recognise clinical risk and identify clinical indicators
  • Provide clinical governance support & ensure clinical efficiency on site
  • Experience within the quality space within Aged Care
  • Solid understanding of the Aged Care accreditation process
  • Continuous improvement and auditing experience 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
  • A passion for Aged Care
  • Well-defined Computer skills, competent with spreadsheets
  • Have an analytical mind
