As the Quality and Education Coordinator you will play a crucial role in identifying improvement opportunities, providing hands-on support to address gaps, and coaching the leadership and care team.

About you:
- Current AHPRA registration with experience as a Registered Nurse within Aged Care in Australia
- Proven experience in a similar quality focused role would be beneficial
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in the key areas of the role.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
