Quality & Education Coordinator - NFP Aged Care Provider - Northern Rivers

Are you an experienced Quality Coordinator looking for a fulfilling role within the residential aged care sector? Or a Care Manager seeking to step into a Quality role? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As the Quality and Education Coordinator you will play a crucial role in identifying improvement opportunities, providing hands-on support to address gaps, and coaching the leadership and care team.

About you: 

• Current AHPRA registration with experience as a Registered Nurse within Aged Care in Australia
• Proven experience in a similar quality focused role would be beneficial 
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in the key areas of the role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
