Are you passionate about driving quality care in aged care? Do you have a strong eye for detail, with a deep understanding of audits, compliance, and clinical governance?
I’m currently working with a leading residential aged care provider who is seeking an experienced Quality & Education professional to join the team at an aged care facility based in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development and implementation of clinical governance frameworks, oversee quality audits, ensure readiness for accreditation, and support the organisation through upcoming changes to the Aged Care Quality Standards.

The Requirements:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with experience in a Quality and Education focused role
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards & knowledge of AN-ACC funding
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
- Proven experience leading a clinical team through successful accreditation process
- Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Full Australian working rights
