Quality & Education Manager | Aged Care

• Specialising in quality compliance & education
• Work as part of the Executive team & receive high levels of support
• Permanent full-time position - Monday to Friday

Quality & Education Manager 

The Role:
You will work closely with the onsite Facility Manager and Clinical team members to work on better improvement initiatives and change management projects. 
A typical week would see your week split into half on a Quality Improvement focus and the rest on Education to all staff.

The Requirements:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Nurse
• Quality & Continuous Improvement experience in Aged Care
• Working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Desirable 
• Current Drivers License
