Redstone are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a leading NFP Aged Care Provider in Mildura for a short fixed term contract.
You will oversee the clinical audits, internal reviews and preparation for nearing accreditation.
About the role:
This role is for an experienced Quality Manager to come in and assist/lead the accreditation process.
- 3 - 4 month contract to cover extended leave
- Home is due for accreditation this year
- Lead and manage quality and operational compliance
- Can provide accommodation for the duration of the contract
- Up to $140k + super + salary packaging
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position as Quality & Governance Manager
- AHPRA registration is desirable but not essential
- Highly effective communication, leadership and relationship management skills
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
