Are you an experienced Quality Coordinator/Officer looking for a fulfilling role within the residential aged care sector or a Care Manager seeking to step into a quality role? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you!
A wonderful NFP organisation located in the Eastern suburbs, is currently seeking a dedicated Quality Officer to join their team on a part-time basis and play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of their services.
About the role:
- NFP organisation
- Perm part time - 2 days a week (flexible days)

- Up to $50 an hour + Super + Salary Packaging

- Utilise your passion for quality, compliance & continuous improvement
- Join a provider with a focus on delivering quality resident care
- Demonstrated Quality/Compliance experience within the aged care sector.
- AHPRA registration would be a bonus but is not a requirement
- Expert knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process
- Excellent understanding of quality assurance
- Continuous improvement, gap & risk analysis experience
- Knowledge of Complispace program desired
