Quality Partner- Aged Care
Are you a passionate clinical leader with a commitment to quality care and education? This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact with one of Australia's leading Aged Care providers.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Quality Specialist to join a supportive large provider to lead postive quality outcomes across 6 + facilities. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring a dedicated care team.

The Requirements:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with leadership experience in residential aged care
• Postgraduate qualifications and/or Cert IV in Training & Assessment (highly desirable)
• Quality & Continuous Improvement experience in aged care
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, with prior experience leading a clinical team through accreditation processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Previous experience in a Quality postion overseeing multiple sites.
