Duties:
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment of vacancies for an assigned portfolio
  • Business Development and building relationships with Managers to advise and inform on market conditions and best practice recruitment
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners on workforce planning initiatives
  • Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, Linkedin and job boards to attract talent and marketing. 
  • Find, Source, and Qualify Top Talent – A strong focus on identifying, interviewing, and selecting high-quality healthcare professionals who meet the specific needs of clients and align with organisational standards
  • Influence and Negotiation sales – The ability to effectively persuade, negotiate, to achieve successful outcomes for both clients and candidate
