Are you an experienced aged care leader looking for a senior multi-site operational role?

We are partnering with a leading residential aged care provider to identify a high calibre Regional Operations Manager to oversee four well established homes in Melbourne. This is an exclusive opportunity for a Registered Nurse with proven leadership experience to drive operational excellence, quality care, and business performance across multiple sites.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the executive team, you will lead and inspire a team of Facility Managers across four homes. You’ll ensure the highest standards of person-centred care, compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, and strong operational and financial outcomes. You’ll also play a pivotal role in preparing each home for upcoming accreditation assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of four residential aged care homes
• Lead a team of 4 Facility Managers and foster a high performing culture
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and quality standards
• Partner with support teams to maintain operational and financial excellence
• Provide hands on leadership onsite (9–5) with monthly head office meetings
• Manage relationships with external service providers, including catering
• Drive ongoing professional development and operational improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification required ESSENTIAL
• Multi-site operational experience in residential aged care ESSENTIAL
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Proven ability to lead through accreditation and regulatory compliance
• Commercially-minded, while maintaining focus on quality care
