Regional Manager - Community Aged Care
Redstone are seeking a strategic and operational leader to drive our clients mission forward and enhance the quality of life for their clients.

You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services across your region.

You will take accountability for business growth, employee culture, and optimizing the customer experience. Your expertise will guide the oversight of day-to-day operations in Home and Community Services, including Home Care, Clinical Care, and Allied Health programs.

Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration is essential for this position 
  • Previous experience in a similar Regional Management or Senior leadership role (5+ years minimum)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs 
  • National Police Clearance
  • Driver’s license
