- High levels of autonomy in the role + support from Head office
- Deliver education and training to all clinical staff in this portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes.
- Maintain infection prevention and control by conducting audits and continuous improvement of staff development.
- Seeking a highly skilled clinician with strong training and mentorship skills who has a real focus on delivering education programs to ensure all staff can reach their potential.
- Contribute as a key member of the leadership team to upskill all staff.
- Salary: $135k + Super + NFP Salary Packaging
- Work closely with the on-site Managers and support staff
- Ensure a compliant & high standard of care for all residents
- Be part of a Values-driven NFP aged care organisation
- Travel involved across the Riverina NSW portfolio
- Valid Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Qualifications
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment
- Previous experience working in aged care Education / Quality roles
- A desire for self-improvement for yourself, staff, and residents
