The Role:
  • Deliver education and training to all clinical staff in this portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes.
  • Maintain infection prevention and control by conducting audits and continuous improvement of staff development. 
  • Seeking a highly skilled clinician with strong training and mentorship skills who has a real focus on delivering education programs to ensure all staff can reach their potential. 
  • Contribute as a key member of the leadership team to upskill all staff.

  • Salary: $135k + Super + NFP Salary Packaging
  • Work closely with the on-site Managers and support staff 
  • Ensure a compliant & high standard of care for all residents

The Requirements:
  • Valid Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Qualifications 
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment 
  • Previous experience working in aged care Education / Quality roles
  • A desire for self-improvement for yourself, staff, and residents
