Currently seeking a Regional Support Manager to support facilities across several states, predominantly NSW and QLD. Cover all sick leave, recruitment, and holiday leave when required as well as work closely with the quality team on aged care changes and process implementation.

In this role you will manage and provide guidance on all the clinical and non clinical running of the aged care home along with all staff associated. You will have the support of an established executive team as well as structured teams on-site.

- Facility/ Residential Management experience
- Current Div 1 AHPRA registration required
- Knowledge and hands on experience of change management
- Experience in rostering and other HR duties
- Proven experience with accreditation standards
- Solid understanding of continuous improvement
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
