We're looking for experienced Registered Midwives to join our Rural & Remote team for 4–12 week contracts across Regional Victoria. If you're passionate about providing woman-centred care and enjoy the variety and reward of rural practice, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role:
- Provide antenatal, birthing suite and postnatal care across a range of maternity settings.
- Deliver safe, evidence-based, woman-centred care throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal journey.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for mothers and babies.
- Support discharge planning, breastfeeding and postnatal education.
- AM Rates Up to $82/hour + penalties + super.
- Accommodation and travel provided.
- 4–12 week contracts with flexible start dates.
- A mix of AM, PM, weekend and occasional night shifts.
- Dedicated consultant support from start to finish.
- The opportunity to experience some of Victoria's most welcoming rural communities.
- Minimum 2 years' experience across antenatal, postnatal and birthing suite.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife.
- NALS and FSEP.
- Previous rural and remote experience is highly regarded.
