A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a large Aged Care facility located only 1.5 hours from Hervey Bay and Sunshine Coast.
We are seeking someone who can bring value to this welcoming team with experience in Dementia, Assessments, Palliative Care, Team Leading, Medication Administration and a Resident Focused Approach.
Benefits:
- $40 -50 per hour + super + initial accommodation if required (depending on experience)

- Reporting to an amazing Facility Manager
- Structure: Facility Manager, Care Manager, Quality Manager, RN's and PCA's
- Receive additional support in respect of Funding, Education, Quality and Clinical Governance
- Systems used iCare and Med mobile
- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Ability to liaise with residents and families on a daily basis
- Knowledge of care plans, wound management, medication management and AN-ACC would be a bonus
- Current police check or willing to obtain
