We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional care. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in overseeing and guiding a team of skilled Carers and Assistants in Nursing
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
- Experience with an Accreditation process is desirable
