Join a highly regarded aged care provider as a Registered Nurse in the beautiful Central West region of NSW approx. 1 hour drive from Bathurst.

Role Overview:
  • Permanent Registered Nurse opportunity
  • Deliver high-quality clinical and person-centred care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical requirements
  • Monitor resident wellbeing and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Support and mentor care staff on shift
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes
  • Contribute to care planning and continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Promote a safe, supportive and engaging environment for residents

About You:
  • Current AHPRA registration with no conditions or notations
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care (highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Sound clinical and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full Australian working rights
