Registered Nurse - Community Aged Care

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to work in the Aging Community and Aged care, starting as soon as possible! Join a non-for-profit well renowned provider in a position that is autonomous and also collaborative working alongside a support Community Team!

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse with Valid AHPRA Registration
• At least 3 years experience in Community Aged Care Services
• Driver's license is essential
• Care Recruitment clinical assessments, incidents, falls, wounds management
• Adhere to Work Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and other Government legislation that governs Community Aged Care Services.
