Requirements:

• Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Strong understanding of the Aged Care Act
• Commitment to maintaining Quality and Aged Care Standards
• Familiarity with Aged Care Funding
• Experience in providing care for residents with Dementia and Palliative Care needs
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Work Health and Safety
• Ability to meet National Accreditation competency requirements
