Seeking an experienced aged care RN to work night shifts in a lovely facility near Devonport.
In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of care staff, coordinate personalised care plans, ensure compliance with quality standards, and advocate for residents' well-being in a supportive, collaborative environment.
About the role:
- Only RN on shift by night
- Leading a team of up to 5 care staff
- Working 4 night shifts per week
- Reporting to Care Manager
- Home is running well and fully accredited
- Can provide 4 weeks initial accommodation
- Full working rights and experience working in an in change position is essential for this role!
- Valid AHPRA (unrestricted) registration
- Demonstrated experience working as an RN Grade 5/in charge within aged care
- Ability to work full time night shifts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
